Please help me support Battersea in Nala’s memory

Nala was cared for by battersea on two occasions before coming to us, for a number of years me and Millie took part in the muddy dog challenge to raise funds to help them continue to care for dogs and cats like Nala, who are waiting for their forever homes. 2020 was the year Nala was going to take part with me, due to covid this got postponed and sadly Nala passed away before the rescheduled date. With Millie then getting older and with a couple of potential health issues we haven’t taken part the last couple of years, so this year we are taking part in Walk for Rescue, Battersea's dog walking challenge to raise much needed funds in Nala’s memory. (Her birthday is also in October)

Throughout the month of October, I will be covering 30km with Millie by my side in memory of her best friend

Battersea will always be there for every dog and cat. Battersea takes dogs and cats in, gives them the expert care they need and finds them new homes that are just right for them. They help pet owners make informed choices, provide training advice, and campaign for changes in the law. And they help other rescue centres and charities at home and abroad because they want to be here for every dog and cat, wherever they are, for as long as they need Battersea.
