A care package includes all the essentials a dog needs, including a comfy bed to sleep in and a bowl for their favourite food, creating a welcoming space when they arrive at Battersea.

I’m taking part in Walk for Rescue, Battersea's dog walking challenge. Throughout the month of October, I will be covering either 90km with my dog by my side.
Battersea will always be there for every dog and cat. Battersea takes dogs and cats in, gives them the expert care they need and finds them new homes that are just right for them. They help pet owners make informed choices, provide training advice, and campaign for changes in the law. And they help other rescue centres and charities at home and abroad because they want to be here for every dog and cat, wherever they are, for as long as they need Battersea.

Over 2 thirds of the way through!
Sunday 20th Oct I am over 60 KM’s now and we are enjoying our long walks. Going to do a big one today. The 90 KM’s is within our reach! 🐾🐾 Share

Friday 11th Oct We are now just over 30 KM’s and really enjoying it! A third of the way through. A beautiful sunny day today we are going to do the touristy walk. Hopefully will get some good pics! Share

Saturday 5th Oct Been a bit out of action the last few days with a stomach bug/possible food poisoning so I have some catching up to! It is a long walk today….🐶🐾
